The do’s and don’ts in the international business world:

The increasing internationalisation of companies requires more and more intercultural competence of the employees at all levels. International communication is more complex than it seems at the first glance. Thus, people of various cultures have very different perceptions, among others, about the weighting of priorities, the structuring of work, the understanding of team work as well as the communication style.

The ICS offers interested companies special coaching seminars with the following contents:

  • Identification of cultural differences
  • Information about different styles of thinking and acting
  • Provision of information about the target culture
  • Development of an adequate and targeted behaviour in intercultural situations
